What is My Vibe?
My Vibe is a range of DIY mini bag and bag charm kits. Assemble your kit, add its included accessories and make something you can wear or clip onto your bag.
What age are My Vibe kits suitable for?
My Vibe kits are designed for ages 6 and up. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Younger makers may need an adult’s help with assembly.
Where can I find the instructions?
Follow the instructions included with your kit, or visit our How To page for step-by-step bag assembly and strap tutorials.

Can I mix and match the accessories?
You can mix and match compatible accessories across the My Vibe range. Attachment points vary, so check that each piece fits securely and avoid forcing connectors.
How do I care for my bag and charms?
Gently wipe the bag with a soft, damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid soaking it or using harsh cleaners. Keep fluffy charms dry and spot-clean them gently when needed.
Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping?
We currently deliver online orders within Australia. Standard shipping is $5.95, with free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Outside Australia? Visit our Stockists page to find a retail partner near you.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking details. Follow the link in that email to check your delivery’s progress.
Can I return my order?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused and complete kits in their original packaging. Your rights for faulty products are separate.
